- Greet and seat guests promptly with professional courtesy
- Manage reservation systems and maintain accurate waitlists
- Coordinate table rotations with service staff for optimal efficiency
- Handle guest inquiries regarding menu, promotions, and facilities
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the entrance and waiting areas
- Process payments and manage billing transactions accurately
- Collaborate with kitchen and service teams to resolve guest requests
- Assist in daily opening/closing procedures and inventory checks
Kualifikasi
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
