Tanggung Jawab
- Greet, seat, and manage guest flow with professionalism and efficiency
- Operate reservation systems and maintain accurate wait-time records
- Coordinate with floor staff to ensure smooth table turnover
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly
- Monitor dining room occupancy and optimize seating arrangements
- Assist with special event coordination and large party management
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of host stand area
- Support training of new hostess team members
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year experience in restaurant/hospitality host or guest services role
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure, fast-paced environments
- Professional appearance and polished customer service demeanor
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of reservation management systems preferred
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
