Your role is critical in setting the tone for our guests' experience, from the moment they arrive until they are seated. You will work closely with the restaurant management team to maintain high standards of service and address any guest concerns promptly.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Supervise and coordinate hostess staff activities, including scheduling, training, and performance management

  • Collaborate with kitchen and serving staff to optimize table turnover and service flow

Kualifikasi

  • Previous supervisory experience in hospitality, preferably in restaurant/hotel settings
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to motivate teams effectively
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to remain calm and efficient in high-pressure environments
  • Knowledge of restaurant operations and front-of-house procedures
  • Proficiency with reservation systems and POS software
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
