Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and coordinate front-of-house staff including hostesses and support team members
- Optimize guest seating arrangements and manage reservation systems efficiently
- Train, mentor, and evaluate team performance to maintain service excellence
- Oversee daily operations including opening/closing procedures and inventory management
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism
- Collaborate with kitchen and management teams to ensure seamless service flow
- Implement health and safety protocols and maintain venue presentation standards
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in hospitality/F&B operations
- Proven leadership skills with ability to motivate diverse teams
- Strong knowledge of front-of-house protocols and guest service standards
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Proficiency in reservation systems and POS software
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (verbal/written)
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Positive attitude with passion for creating memorable guest experiences
