Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and record daily hotel revenue and guest transactions accurately.
- Perform daily reconciliation of cash, credit card, and online payment channels.
- Process accounts payable, ensuring timely payment to vendors and suppliers.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports and budget tracking.
- Manage petty cash funds and perform regular audits of department floats.
- Coordinate with the front office team to resolve billing discrepancies promptly.
- Support the finance manager in month-end closing activities and audits.
- Ensure strict adherence to hotel accounting policies and tax regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Financial Management, or any related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in accounting, preferably within the hospitality or tourism sector.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and computerized accounting software.
- Keen attention to detail and high level of analytical skill.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial data with integrity.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Must be willing to work on-site in Pasay City, Metro Manila.
- Knowledge of hotel property management systems (PMS) is a significant advantage.
