In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining the financial integrity of our resort operations, ensuring accurate reporting, and supporting our guests' seamless experience through effective back-office management.

You will work closely with the management team to monitor daily revenue, reconcile accounts, and ensure compliance with internal financial policies. Tanggung Jawab

  • Monitor and record daily hotel revenue and guest transactions accurately.
  • Perform daily reconciliation of cash, credit card, and online payment channels.
  • Process accounts payable, ensuring timely payment to vendors and suppliers.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports and budget tracking.
  • Manage petty cash funds and perform regular audits of department floats.
  • Coordinate with the front office team to resolve billing discrepancies promptly.
  • Support the finance manager in month-end closing activities and audits.
  • Ensure strict adherence to hotel accounting policies and tax regulations.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Financial Management, or any related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in accounting, preferably within the hospitality or tourism sector.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and computerized accounting software.
  • Keen attention to detail and high level of analytical skill.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial data with integrity.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
  • Must be willing to work on-site in Pasay City, Metro Manila.
  • Knowledge of hotel property management systems (PMS) is a significant advantage.
