You will work closely with our finance department to ensure accurate financial records, process transactions efficiently, and maintain compliance with accounting standards.

Tanggung Jawab
- Process daily financial transactions including guest payments, vendor invoices, and petty cash reimbursements
- Maintain accurate accounts payable and accounts receivable records for the hotel
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports for management review
- Reconcile bank statements and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner
- Assist in payroll processing and employee expense reimbursements
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities and financial audits
- Ensure compliance with hotel accounting policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to maintain accurate financial documentation and records
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field from a recognized institution
- At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or financial administration
- Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or similar hotel management systems
- Advanced skills in MS Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Good written and verbal communication skills in both English and Filipino
- Previous experience in the hospitality or tourism industry is an advantage
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced hotel environment
