Sumi Hotel is seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant General Manager to join our dynamic team in Jakarta Barat. As a key leadership figure, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our budget hotel chain, maintaining high standards of service, and driving business growth. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily hotel operations to ensure seamless guest experiences and satisfaction.
- Manage and train the front-of-house and back-of-house staff effectively.
- Monitor and control operational costs while maintaining high-quality service standards.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and empathy.
- Collaborate with the General Manager to develop and implement marketing strategies.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and staff development programs.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in hotel management or supervisory roles.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage budgets and analyze financial reports.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities under pressure.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is an asset.
- Computer proficiency in hotel management software.
