- Efficiently handle guest check-in and check-out procedures
- Manage reservations and ensure accurate room assignments
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests
- Assist with front desk operations and administrative tasks
- Uphold cleanliness standards in public areas and guest rooms
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments
- Process payments and manage cash handling procedures
- Participate in training programs to enhance service skills
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college education preferred
- Previous experience in hotel or customer service industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Proficiency in basic computer applications
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Positive attitude and commitment to exceptional guest service
- Basic knowledge of local attractions and services
