Tanggung Jawab
- Perform thorough cleaning and sanitization of guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas.
- Change bed linens, towels, and other amenities according to hotel standards.
- Restock supplies such as toiletries, drinking glasses, and stationery.
- Vacuum carpets, mop floors, and dust furniture to maintain a pristine environment.
- Respond promptly to guest requests for extra items or assistance with room issues.
- Report any maintenance or safety hazards to the supervisor.
- Assist with laundry services including sorting, folding, and delivering linens.
- Adhere to health, safety, and cleanliness protocols at all times.
Kualifikasi
- At least high school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in housekeeping or hospitality preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods.
- Honesty, reliability, and a strong work ethic.
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment is a plus.
