Tanggung Jawab
- Perform thorough cleaning of all hotel public areas, including lobbies, hallways, and restrooms.
- Maintain and organize meeting rooms, ensuring furniture is arranged according to event requirements.
- Report any maintenance defects, damages, or safety hazards to the management immediately.
- Replenish amenities and supplies in public restrooms and communal spaces.
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation protocols to ensure a hygienic environment.
- Perform deep-cleaning tasks as scheduled by the housekeeping supervisor.
- Maintain cleaning equipment and ensure chemical storage areas are kept in an orderly fashion.
Kualifikasi
- Prior experience in housekeeping or commercial cleaning is highly preferred.
- Strong physical stamina and the ability to work on your feet for extended periods.
- Excellent attention to detail and a high standard of cleanliness.
- Good communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Basic knowledge of cleaning products and tools is an advantage.
