- Report any maintenance issues or room damages promptly to the facilities team to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and linens efficiently to minimize waste and ensure operational readiness.
- Maintain high levels of health and safety standards, adhering to all hotel and industry hygiene protocols.

- Communicate effectively with front office and laundry teams to coordinate room turnovers and VIP arrival requirements.
