You will play a vital role in operational efficiency, coordinating closely with the front office and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction from the moment they check in. Tanggung Jawab

  • Perform thorough inspections of guest rooms, corridors, and public areas post-cleaning to ensure adherence to brand sanitation standards.
  • Generate and analyze daily sold-room reports to prioritize cleaning workflows and staffing needs.
  • Provide real-time coaching and constructive feedback to housekeeping staff to maintain performance excellence.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for resolving cleanliness-related guest inquiries or issues promptly.
  • Monitor inventory levels for cleaning supplies and linens, reporting shortages to management.
  • Collaborate with the engineering/maintenance department to report and track repairs needed in guest rooms.
  • Ensure all safety and security protocols, including key control and chemical handling, are followed consistently.

Kualifikasi

  • Proven experience in a housekeeping supervisory or senior team lead role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
  • Strong knowledge of professional cleaning techniques, sanitation standards, and safety regulations.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to spot imperfections that others might overlook.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts.
  • Proficiency in basic property management systems (PMS) and reporting software.
