Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies for hotels across the Singapore and Malaysia markets.
- Negotiate and manage hotel contracts to ensure competitive pricing and favorable terms for the company.
- Maintain and strengthen long-term relationships with hotel partners to support mutual business growth.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing fluctuations to identify new sourcing opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and operations teams to meet client demands and contract requirements.
- Oversee the onboarding process of new hotel partners and ensure strict adherence to contract terms.
- Prepare regular performance reports on contract status, renewals, and market analysis.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorβs degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in hotel contracting, B2B sales, or hospitality operations.
- Proven track record of successful contract negotiation and strategic relationship management.
- In-depth knowledge of the Singapore and Malaysia hospitality landscapes.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and pricing trends.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
