Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and cook diverse menu items according to recipes and hotel standards
- Maintain strict food hygiene and safety protocols in all kitchen operations
- Manage inventory and stock rotation to minimize waste
- Collaborate with kitchen team during peak service hours
- Ensure consistent quality and presentation of all dishes
- Adapt to special dietary requirements and guest requests
- Support menu development and seasonal specials creation
- Maintain clean and organized workstation throughout shift
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year professional cooking experience in hospitality
- Certification in food safety handling preferred
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisine
- Ability to work efficiently in high-pressure environments
- Basic understanding of kitchen equipment maintenance
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods
- Good command of English or Bahasa Indonesia
