We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Hotel Cook to join our team in our non-halal kitchen environment. Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and cook appetizing meals in accordance with standard recipes and hotel standards.
- Maintain strict adherence to food hygiene and safety regulations within the kitchen area.
- Assist the Head Chef in menu planning and daily kitchen operations.
- Monitor stock levels and assist in the ordering of food supplies to minimize waste.
- Clean and sanitize workstations, utensils, and equipment after each use.
- Adapt to changing menus and special dietary requirements as needed.
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure timely service during peak hours.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience working in a hotel or restaurant kitchen.
- Valid Singapore Food Hygiene Certificate is required.
- Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and food preparation methods.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, nights, and public holidays.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks.
