We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Duty Manager to join the dynamic team at City Garden Hotels. As the Duty Manager, you will play a critical role in the seamless operation of our establishment. You will oversee daily hotel functions, ensuring that all staff members remain productive and that operational processes are efficient. This position requires a leader who can effectively coordinate with upper management to implement updates and maintain high standards of service excellence.
Your primary focus will be on guest satisfaction and staff management. You will be responsible for the front-of-house operations, handling guest inquiries with empathy, and resolving any issues that may arise during your shift. By fostering a positive work environment and monitoring performance metrics, you will help City Garden Hotels deliver an unforgettable experience to every guest visiting Makati City.

- Oversee the daily operations of the hotel, ensuring all departments adhere to established policies and procedures.
- Manage and supervise front-line staff, including scheduling, training, and performance monitoring.
- Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction by responding to inquiries and resolving complaints professionally.
- Coordinate with upper management to report on daily activities and strategic updates.
- Maintain process efficiency and monitor staff productivity to optimize operations.
- Handle VIP guests and ensure their experience exceeds expectations.
- Ensure a safe and secure environment for all guests and employees.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar Duty Manager or supervisory role within the hospitality industry.
- Relevant degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and make effective decisions during emergencies.
- Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English and Filipino is highly preferred.
- Flexibility to work in rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
