Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and life safety systems
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance across all engineering assets
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency repairs
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards
- Manage spare parts inventory and maintenance documentation
- Collaborate with housekeeping and front desk departments
- Train junior staff on engineering procedures
- Implement energy conservation initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in hotel or building maintenance engineering
- Certification in HVAC, electrical, or plumbing systems preferred
- Strong knowledge of safety protocols and regulatory standards
- Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues independently
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts including weekends
- Basic computer literacy for maintenance management systems
