Are you a hands-on technical professional with a passion for hospitality? RedDoorz is looking for a dynamic Hotel Engineering Executive to join our team in Makassar. In this pivotal role, you will be the guardian of our property’s operational integrity, ensuring that every guest experiences the comfort and functionality they expect from the RedDoorz brand.
As an Engineering Executive, you will oversee all aspects of property maintenance, facility management, and technical troubleshooting. We are looking for a proactive leader who can manage vendor relationships, execute preventive maintenance schedules, and respond swiftly to any technical challenges that arise. If you have a keen eye for detail, strong leadership skills, and a background in hotel facility management, we want to hear from you.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee all daily maintenance operations and technical repairs within the hotel property.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive preventive maintenance program to ensure all equipment is in optimal condition.
- Supervise a team of technicians and coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs or large-scale projects.
- Monitor and manage utility consumption, including electricity, water, and gas, to optimize operational costs.
- Ensure full compliance with all safety, health, and fire regulations for the safety of guests and staff.
- Maintain accurate logs and documentation for all maintenance activities, repairs, and inventory of spare parts.
- Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests and troubleshoot technical issues under pressure.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in hotel maintenance, building services, or facility management.
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, and general building repairs.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a technical team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach to facility management.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, as required by operational needs.
