Join RedDoorz as a Hotel Engineering Executive in Central Java and lead our property engineering operations to excellence. This senior role requires a seasoned professional to oversee all engineering functions, ensuring optimal facility performance, safety compliance, and cost efficiency across our growing portfolio. You'll spearhead preventive maintenance programs, manage vendor relationships, and drive sustainability initiatives while maintaining the highest standards of guest experience. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement innovative engineering solutions that align with RedDoorz's expansion goals in Indonesia's vibrant hospitality market.
Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all property engineering operations including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and structural systems
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to maximize asset lifespan
- Manage engineering budgets, procurement, and vendor contracts
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
- Lead emergency response protocols for facility incidents
- Coordinate renovation and capital improvement projects
- Mentor engineering staff and foster a culture of continuous improvement
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical) or related field
- Minimum 5 years in hotel facility management with 2+ years in leadership
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian safety regulations (SNI) and building codes
- Experience with CMMS systems and engineering budget management
- Certified Energy Manager (CEM) or similar qualification preferred
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Proven track record in vendor management and cost optimization
