Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage the daily housekeeping operations and standards across the hotel.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, suites, and public areas to ensure quality control.
- Lead, train, and motivate the housekeeping staff to ensure high performance and morale.
- Manage inventory levels of cleaning chemicals, linen, and amenities efficiently.
- Coordinate with maintenance and other departments to address facility repairs promptly.
- Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any housekeeping-related complaints professionally.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar executive housekeeping role.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage a large team.
- Excellent knowledge of cleaning standards, procedures, and chemical usage.
- High level of attention to detail and a commitment to service excellence.
- Good communication skills in English (or local language).
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Valid certification in hospitality or housekeeping management is preferred.
