Tanggung Jawab
- Manage guest check-in/check-out procedures efficiently
- Handle reservation inquiries and bookings via phone/email
- Provide accurate information about hotel amenities and local attractions
- Resolve guest complaints and issues promptly
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments
- Maintain accurate guest records and billing information
- Process payments and manage cash transactions
- Assist with administrative tasks and report generation
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in hotel front desk or customer service
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Proficiency in hotel management software (e.g., Opera)
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Attention to detail with organizational abilities
