Your primary focus will be managing front desk operations, including efficient check-ins and check-outs, handling a high volume of inquiries, and processing reservations. You will also be responsible for resolving guest issues with empathy and efficiency, maintaining a pristine lobby environment, and collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless daily operations. Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression and setting the tone for their stay.
- Manage the check-in and check-out processes efficiently using the Property Management System (PMS).
- Handle guest inquiries via phone, email, and in-person promptly and professionally.
- Process payments, handle cash and credit transactions accurately, and balance daily financial reports.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby to ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
- Assist guests with local recommendations, transportation arrangements, and special requests.
- Handle complaints or special requests to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar front desk or guest service role in the hospitality industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English (and Bahasa Malaysia is a significant advantage).
- Proficient in using hotel management software or PMS (e.g., Opera, FrontDesk, or similar systems).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays, and night shifts.
- High school diploma or certificate in Hospitality/Tourism is preferred.
- A neat and professional appearance with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
