Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, execute, and maintain all garden areas including lawns, flowerbeds, shrubs, and trees
- Perform seasonal planting, pruning, fertilizing, and pest control activities
- Operate and maintain gardening equipment safely and efficiently
- Monitor plant health and implement sustainable irrigation practices
- Collaborate with the maintenance team on landscaping projects
- Ensure all outdoor spaces meet aesthetic and hygiene standards
- Source and manage local plant materials to enhance biodiversity
- Document garden activities and maintain accurate inventory records
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of professional gardening or landscaping experience
- Certification in horticulture or related field preferred
- Proficiency with gardening tools and irrigation systems
- Knowledge of tropical flora and local climate conditions
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in outdoor environments
- Basic understanding of pest management and organic gardening practices
- Strong attention to detail and aesthetic sensibility
- Valid driver's license for equipment operation
