The successful candidate will be responsible for the hotel's overall success, managing everything from high-level planning and renovation phases to the intricacies of daily operations. You will lead a diverse team across key departments, ensuring that every guest experience is seamless and memorable. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive strategic plans to maximize revenue and profitability.
- Oversee daily operational management across all departments, including F&B, Front Office, Housekeeping, and Engineering.
- Manage the hotel's financial performance, including P&L analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Ensure the highest standards of guest service and satisfaction through regular inspections and feedback.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing team of hospitality professionals.
- Cultivate relationships with owners, investors, and key stakeholders regarding property development and renovations.
- Handle crisis management and ensure strict adherence to safety and compliance regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in hotel management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire a team.
- In-depth knowledge of hotel operations, including Food & Beverage, Front Office, and Engineering.
- Excellent financial acumen and experience with budget management and cost control.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
