Tanggung Jawab
- Lead comprehensive hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, F&B, and maintenance departments
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to drive revenue growth and profitability
- Ensure exceptional guest experiences through service quality monitoring and team training
- Manage financial performance including budgeting, cost control, and revenue optimization
- Oversee recruitment, training, and performance management of all hotel staff
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and travel partners
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and industry regulations
- Drive marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility and market share
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as Hotel General Manager or senior hospitality leadership role
- Fluency in Mandarin (written and spoken) and English
- Strong financial acumen with P&L management experience
- Expertise in luxury hotel operations and service standards
- Demonstrated team leadership and talent development skills
- Knowledge of Malaysian tourism market and industry trends
- Problem-solving abilities for operational and guest-related challenges
