Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces
- Perform deep cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, sanitizing surfaces, and restocking amenities
- Handle guest luggage efficiently and provide timely bell services upon arrival/departure
- Assist with room inspections and report maintenance issues promptly
- Operate housekeeping equipment safely and maintain inventory of supplies
- Deliver exceptional customer service during guest interactions
- Adhere to hotel safety protocols and sustainability practices
- Collaborate with front desk and housekeeping teams for seamless operations
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year hotel housekeeping or bell services experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 20kg regularly
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment operation
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and night shifts
- Valid work permit or Singaporean citizenship/PR
- Positive attitude and commitment to guest satisfaction
