This full-time position offers a competitive salary of RM 1,700 – RM 2,000 per month, along with the opportunity to work in a dynamic hospitality environment where attention to detail is valued. Tanggung Jawab
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including changing linens, restocking amenities, and ensuring all areas are spotless
- Maintain pristine condition of public areas, including lobbies, corridors, and restrooms
- Report maintenance issues and repair needs to the appropriate department promptly
- Follow established procedures for handling lost and found items
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and amenities, requesting replenishments as needed
- Adhere to all safety and hygiene standards, including proper chemical handling and waste disposal
- Provide excellent customer service to guests, addressing special requests and concerns
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in housekeeping or hotel cleaning preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
- Ability to work efficiently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
