- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including making beds, replenishing linens, and cleaning bathrooms.
- Vacuum, sweep, mop, and dust common areas, hallways, and lobbies to maintain a polished appearance.
- Replenish guest amenities, including soap, shampoo, coffee, and towels, according to hotel standards.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the housekeeping supervisor immediately.
- Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are kept in good working order and stored safely.
- Handle guest requests for extra items or housekeeping services in a professional and timely manner.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation protocols to ensure a safe environment for both guests and staff.
Kualifikasi
- Prior experience in hotel housekeeping or a similar custodial role is highly preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a diverse team.
- Good physical stamina, with the ability to stand, walk, and lift moderate loads for extended periods.
- Professional demeanor with good interpersonal skills to interact respectfully with guests.
- Flexible availability, including the ability to work weekends, public holidays, and rotating shifts.
- Understanding of basic chemical safety and proper use of cleaning agents.
