Tanggung Jawab
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas to ensure a pristine environment.
- Replace amenities such as towels, toiletries, and linens in guest rooms.
- Dust furniture, polish surfaces, vacuum carpets, and change bed linens according to standards.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the Housekeeping Supervisor immediately.
- Ensure corridor areas, stairwells, and lifts are kept tidy and clutter-free at all times.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations set by the hotel.
- Assist in managing laundry duties and organizing housekeeping closets efficiently.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in housekeeping or hospitality is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and a high standard of personal cleanliness.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Basic English communication skills to interact with guests and staff.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends, nights, and public holidays.
- Positive attitude and a genuine willingness to learn and grow within the company.
