- Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms including beds, bathrooms, and common areas
- Replace linens, towels, and amenities according to established standards
- Report maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards promptly
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and guest amenities
- Adhere to strict hygiene protocols and sanitation regulations
- Maintance cleanliness of public spaces including corridors and lobbies
- Follow room turnover schedules efficiently during peak occupancy periods
- Collaborate with front desk and maintenance teams for seamless operations
Kualifikasi
- Previous housekeeping or hotel cleaning experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing
- Knowledge of proper cleaning chemicals and equipment usage
- Time management skills with ability to prioritize tasks
- Basic communication skills in English or local dialects
