As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for the daily operations of the housekeeping department, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and quality assurance inspections. You will act as the bridge between the front-of-house team and the housekeeping crew, ensuring seamless communication and efficient workflow. Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and schedule housekeeping staff to ensure efficient workflow and coverage during shifts.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, corridors, and public areas to maintain cleanliness and safety standards.
- Train new employees on proper cleaning techniques, safety protocols, and company policies.
- Manage inventory levels of cleaning supplies and linens, placing orders as needed.
- Address guest inquiries, complaints, or special requests regarding housekeeping services promptly.
- Prepare daily and weekly reports on room status, staff performance, and maintenance issues.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality or hotel industry.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and nights.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in local languages is a plus.
- Valid work pass for Singapore (if applicable).
