As a strategic leader, you'll manage the IT team while collaborating with department heads to align technology with business goals. Your expertise will drive digital innovation in guest services, property management systems, and back-office operations. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily IT operations including network administration, system maintenance, and technical support
- Implement and maintain robust cybersecurity protocols to protect sensitive guest and company data
- Manage IT infrastructure including PMS, POS systems, and network hardware
- Lead technology projects including system upgrades, migrations, and digital transformation initiatives
- Provide tier-3 technical support and troubleshooting for all hotel departments
- Develop and maintain disaster recovery plans and business continuity strategies
- Train staff on new technologies and digital tools to enhance operational efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of IT management experience in hospitality sector
- Expertise in hotel-specific systems (Opera, Fidelio, POS, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of network security, cloud technologies, and infrastructure management
- Certifications (CompTIA, Cisco, ITIL) preferred
- Proven project management experience with budget oversight
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills
