Join Perhotelan's dynamic engineering team as a Hotel Maintenance Engineer, where you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring our guests experience flawless comfort. This position requires you to maintain, repair, and optimize all hotel facilities – from guest rooms and public areas to critical utility systems. Your expertise will directly contribute to our reputation for excellence by ensuring all equipment functions flawlessly and facilities remain in pristine condition. You'll collaborate with department heads to implement preventive maintenance schedules, troubleshoot complex technical issues, and manage vendor relationships for specialized services. This role demands a proactive approach to identifying potential problems before they impact guest experiences, while maintaining strict adherence to safety protocols and energy efficiency standards.
Tanggung Jawab
- Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on hotel facilities including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities to identify maintenance needs
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests with efficient troubleshooting and resolution
- Manage maintenance inventory, order supplies, and control equipment usage costs
- Coordinate with external contractors for specialized services and major repairs
- Implement and document safety procedures for equipment operation and facility maintenance
- Collaborate with housekeeping, front desk, and F&B teams to minimize guest disruptions
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of experience in hotel maintenance engineering or similar facilities management role
- Technical certification in electrical, mechanical, or HVAC systems preferred
- Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing complex hotel equipment including boilers, chillers, and pumps
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations and energy management practices
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Basic computer literacy for maintenance tracking systems
- Valid driver's license and ability to operate maintenance vehicles
