- Participate in rotational assignments across various hotel departments (e.g., Front Office, Food & Beverage, Housekeeping, Sales & Marketing).
- Assist department heads in daily operational tasks, administrative duties, and project execution.
- Learn and apply company standards for guest service excellence, operational efficiency, and quality control.
- Support the implementation of revenue management strategies, cost control initiatives, and budget monitoring.
- Shadow senior management to understand decision-making processes, strategic planning, and leadership techniques.
- Contribute to guest satisfaction by actively resolving inquiries, addressing concerns, and enhancing the overall guest experience.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to continuously develop professional and leadership skills.
- Prepare reports and presentations on departmental performance, market trends, and project outcomes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates or individuals with up to 1 year of relevant experience in hospitality are encouraged to apply.
