Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance teams
- Develop and implement strategic plans to maximize occupancy and revenue
- Manage staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluation processes
- Ensure exceptional guest service through personalized experiences and complaint resolution
- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue management
- Implement and maintain health, safety, and quality standards
- Coordinate marketing initiatives and community partnerships to enhance property visibility
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- Minimum 3 years progressive hotel management experience
- Proven track record in team leadership and staff development
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and P&L management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of hotel management systems and industry best practices
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
