SotoGrande Hotel & Resort is seeking a dynamic and experienced Hotel Manager to lead our hospitality operations in the vibrant city of Pasay City, Metro Manila. As Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of hotel operations, ensuring seamless coordination between departments, and maintaining the highest standards of service quality. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, food & beverage, and maintenance departments
- Lead, mentor, and motivate hotel staff to achieve exceptional service standards and team cohesion
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and guest satisfaction
- Manage hotel budget, financial reporting, and cost control measures to maximize profitability
- Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements at all times
- Handle guest complaints, inquiries, and special requests professionally and promptly
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to drive occupancy rates and revenue growth
- Monitor service quality and implement continuous improvement initiatives across all areas
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in hotel management or supervisory role
- Demonstrated strong leadership abilities with excellent team management and development skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Proficiency in hotel management systems and MS Office applications
- Strong financial acumen with hands-on experience in budgeting and cost management
- Proven track record of delivering high guest satisfaction scores and operational excellence
- Familiarity with Philippine hospitality industry standards and regulations is preferred
