Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all daily hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to increase revenue, manage budgets, and control costs effectively.
- Lead, train, and motivate a diverse team of staff members to ensure high performance and morale.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with guests to ensure repeat business and positive reviews.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly.
- Handle complex guest complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain the hotel’s reputation.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in hotel management, preferably in a resort setting.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record in financial management and budgeting.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with hotel management software and reservation systems.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
