Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee daily hotel operations to ensure exceptional service standards and guest satisfaction.
  • Manage departmental budgets, financial reporting, and cost control measures to maximize profitability.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire the hospitality team to maintain consistent service excellence.
  • Monitor and analyze guest feedback to implement continuous service improvements.
  • Coordinate with maintenance and housekeeping teams to ensure impeccable property presentation.
  • Ensure full compliance with safety, security, and local hospitality regulations.
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive occupancy rates and revenue growth.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 3-5 years of management experience in a luxury or boutique hotel environment.
  • Strong understanding of hotel management software (PMS) and modern guest relations technology.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams across multiple departments.
  • Proven capability in financial management, including P&L oversight and expense control.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills in a multicultural, client-facing setting.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays as required by hotel operations.
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related business field is highly preferred.
