Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily hotel operations to ensure exceptional service standards and guest satisfaction.
- Manage departmental budgets, financial reporting, and cost control measures to maximize profitability.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire the hospitality team to maintain consistent service excellence.
- Monitor and analyze guest feedback to implement continuous service improvements.
- Coordinate with maintenance and housekeeping teams to ensure impeccable property presentation.
- Ensure full compliance with safety, security, and local hospitality regulations.
- Develop and execute strategies to drive occupancy rates and revenue growth.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3-5 years of management experience in a luxury or boutique hotel environment.
- Strong understanding of hotel management software (PMS) and modern guest relations technology.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams across multiple departments.
- Proven capability in financial management, including P&L oversight and expense control.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in a multicultural, client-facing setting.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays as required by hotel operations.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related business field is highly preferred.
