Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and coordinate all daily hotel operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Lead, train, and motivate the front-of-house and back-of-house teams to maintain high performance.
- Monitor and manage the property's operational budget, ensuring cost control and revenue targets are met.
- Implement and uphold strict service standards, quality controls, and safety regulations.
- Resolve guest complaints and complex issues with a focus on service recovery and guest retention.
- Prepare regular reports on financial performance, staff productivity, and guest satisfaction metrics.
- Coordinate with maintenance and housekeeping departments to ensure the property remains in pristine condition.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in hotel management or a supervisory role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Malay.
- Proficiency in Hotel Management Software (PMS) and MS Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a calm, professional demeanor under pressure.
- Deep understanding of hotel operations, local tourism regulations, and financial reporting.
