In this pivotal role, you will be the face of the property, ensuring that every guest receives a world-class experience. Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee and coordinate all daily hotel operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Lead, train, and motivate the front-of-house and back-of-house teams to maintain high performance.
  • Monitor and manage the property's operational budget, ensuring cost control and revenue targets are met.
  • Implement and uphold strict service standards, quality controls, and safety regulations.
  • Resolve guest complaints and complex issues with a focus on service recovery and guest retention.
  • Prepare regular reports on financial performance, staff productivity, and guest satisfaction metrics.
  • Coordinate with maintenance and housekeeping departments to ensure the property remains in pristine condition.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in hotel management or a supervisory role within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Malay.
  • Proficiency in Hotel Management Software (PMS) and MS Office Suite.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a calm, professional demeanor under pressure.
  • Deep understanding of hotel operations, local tourism regulations, and financial reporting.
