Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and coordinate all daily hotel operations to ensure maximum efficiency and guest satisfaction.
- Manage financial aspects including budgeting, forecasting, and monitoring departmental expenses to achieve profitability targets.
- Lead, mentor, and train a diverse team of hospitality professionals, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Implement and enforce strict health, safety, and security protocols in compliance with local regulations.
- Monitor and respond to guest feedback and reviews, implementing improvements to maintain high service ratings.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure quality procurement of goods and services while managing costs.
- Develop and execute marketing and sales strategies to increase occupancy rates and revenue per available room (RevPAR).
- Ensure regular maintenance and upkeep of the property to meet premium brand standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of proven experience in a leadership or managerial role within the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with guests and staff.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in P&L management and budget oversight.
- Proficiency in Property Management Systems (PMS) and standard office productivity software.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required by hotel operations.
- In-depth knowledge of local hospitality regulations and industry best practices.
