Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel to ensure a seamless and memorable guest experience.
- Manage and mentor staff, fostering a positive, inclusive, and high-performance work environment.
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to drive revenue growth and profitability.
- Monitor and control operational costs, ensuring the hotel remains within budget while maintaining quality standards.
- Ensure full compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with guests, vendors, and local community stakeholders.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints efficiently, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar managerial role within the hospitality industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing hotel operations, preferably in Indonesia or Southeast Asia.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate teams.
- Proficiency in hotel management software (PMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, nights, and public holidays.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is highly preferred.
