Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all day-to-day hotel operations, ensuring 5-star service standards are met consistently.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse team of hospitality professionals to deliver excellence.
- Manage property budgets, P&L statements, and financial reporting to maximize profitability.
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive occupancy and brand awareness.
- Maintain property standards, ensuring facilities are impeccably maintained and guest-ready at all times.
- Handle complex guest concerns with professionalism, turning challenges into loyalty-building moments.
- Coordinate with local vendors and stakeholders to ensure seamless supply chain and service delivery.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in the hospitality industry (Hotel Manager or Assistant General Manager level).
- Proven track record of improving guest satisfaction scores and operational efficiency.
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing departmental budgets and revenue streams.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a focus on team culture and employee development.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Indonesian.
- Degree in Hospitality Management or a related business field is highly preferred.
