Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, and guest services
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue
- Manage staff recruitment, training, performance reviews, and team development
- Monitor financial performance including budgeting, cost control, and expense management
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, health codes, and brand standards
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and travel partners
- Address guest concerns promptly and implement service improvement initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- Minimum 5 years hotel management experience with luxury property background
- Proven track record in team leadership and staff development
- Strong financial acumen with budget management experience
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in hotel management software (PMS, POS systems)
- Fluency in English; Bahasa Indonesia proficiency preferred
