Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee comprehensive day-to-day hotel operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and high-quality guest service.
- Provide active leadership, supervision, and mentorship to all department heads and hotel staff.
- Design and implement ongoing training programs to ensure staff performance aligns with brand standards.
- Manage property upgrade projects, including maintenance scheduling, interior improvements, and facility renovations.
- Develop and present detailed weekly, monthly, and annual financial and operational reports.
- Monitor and manage room inventory, pricing strategies, and guest feedback to optimize occupancy rates.
- Maintain strict compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations regarding hospitality management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in hotel management or as an Assistant Hotel Manager.
- Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and guest satisfaction scores.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in P&L management, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with fluency in Indonesian and English.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and manage multi-functional teams.
- Deep understanding of local Jakarta market trends and hospitality industry standards.
