Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, and maintenance departments, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction, manage guest feedback, and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Manage hotel finances, including budgeting, revenue management, cost control, and financial reporting to achieve profitability targets.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a diverse team of hotel staff, fostering a positive work environment and promoting professional development.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and security regulations, as well as hotel brand standards and operational procedures.
- Develop and execute marketing and sales initiatives to increase occupancy rates and revenue.
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, local authorities, and community organizations.
- Regularly inspect hotel premises to ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and overall aesthetic appeal.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in hotel management, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial role.
- Proven track record of success in managing hotel operations, improving guest satisfaction, and achieving financial targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with guests and staff from diverse backgrounds.
- Fluency in both English and Mandarin (spoken and written) is mandatory.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and a well-groomed, attractive appearance.
- Proficiency in hotel management software (PMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
