We are seeking a dedicated and hands-on Hotel Manager to oversee the daily operations of our 60-room boutique hotel located in the heart of Jakarta Pusat. As the Hotel Manager, you will be the face of the property, responsible for the seamless integration of front-of-house hospitality and back-of-house efficiency. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end daily hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, and maintenance for 60 rooms.
- Lead, mentor, and schedule hotel staff to ensure a high standard of professional service and guest satisfaction.
- Manage property budgets, monitor expenses, and implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality.
- Develop and execute effective revenue management strategies to increase occupancy and ADR (Average Daily Rate).
- Maintain strict quality control and safety standards across all guest and staff areas.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve complex service issues promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure efficient procurement of hotel amenities and consumables.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a managerial or assistant managerial capacity within the hospitality industry.
- Proven track record in managing boutique hotel operations (similar to 60-room capacity).
- Strong knowledge of Property Management Systems (PMS) and online travel agency (OTA) channel management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Strong financial acumen, including experience in P&L management and reporting.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and high integrity.
- Relevant educational background in Hotel Management or Hospitality Business is preferred.
