Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, F&B, and maintenance departments
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve revenue targets and occupancy goals
- Manage staff recruitment, training, performance reviews, and professional development
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, hygiene standards, and brand guidelines
- Monitor budget performance, control operational costs, and optimize resource allocation
- Handle guest complaints and implement service recovery procedures
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform pricing and marketing strategies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- Minimum 5 years hotel management experience with 2+ years in leadership role
- Proven track record in revenue management and P&L oversight
- Strong knowledge of hotel operations and industry best practices
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in hotel management systems (PMS) and Microsoft Office suite
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and spoken)
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
