Tanggung Jawab
- Strategically plan and execute hotel activities to drive sales and enhance guest engagement
- Manage and monitor operational budgets, expenses, and inventory systems
- Develop and implement targeted marketing campaigns to attract new and returning guests
- Lead and mentor hotel staff to ensure high standards of service and operational excellence
- Oversee daily operations including front desk, housekeeping, and guest services
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in hotel management
- Proven track record in revenue generation and cost management
