Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the daily operations of all hotel departments, including Rooms, Kitchen, Restaurants, Bar, Events, Engineering, and Security, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to maximize revenue, profitability, and guest satisfaction scores while adhering to the hotel's budget.
- Recruit, train, and mentor a diverse team of staff members, fostering a positive and high-performance work culture.
- Monitor and control operating costs, including energy consumption and inventory management, to ensure financial targets are met.
- Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and security protocols are consistently upheld across the property.
- Act as the primary point of contact for guests and resolve any complaints or special requests promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing team to promote the hotel and organize successful events and conferences.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in hotel management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate a large team.
- Comprehensive knowledge of hotel operations, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and Engineering.
- Proficiency in using Property Management Systems (PMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Crisis management and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on guest-centric solutions.
- Flexibility to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings as required.
