Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage all hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, F&B, maintenance, and sales, ensuring seamless day-to-day functions.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction, drive repeat business, and build strong customer loyalty.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a diverse team of hotel professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Monitor financial performance, manage budgets, control costs, and identify opportunities for revenue growth and profitability.
- Ensure strict compliance with all health, safety, security, and operational standards and regulations.
- Proactively address and resolve guest concerns and feedback, maintaining a high level of professionalism and service recovery.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and the local community to support hotel operations and marketing efforts.
- Implement effective marketing and promotional initiatives to increase occupancy rates and market share.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in hotel management, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership or General Manager role.
- Demonstrated success in managing comprehensive hotel operations, financial performance, and guest relations.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to inspire and manage teams.
- Thorough understanding of hospitality industry trends, best practices, and operational procedures.
- Proficiency in hotel management software (PMS) and standard office productivity tools (Microsoft Office Suite).
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays, as required by hotel operations.
- Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of additional local languages or Mandarin is a significant advantage.
